GPI proposes a comprehensive and immersive Area Manager & Area Operations Manager Development Program (AMDP) designed to strengthen the strategic, leadership, and mindset capabilities of Area Managers in HBL’s Retail Banking network. The program focuses on transforming Area Managers into high-impact leaders equipped to drive business growth, customer experience, and compliance across their jurisdiction. Importantly, the AMDP emphasizes a mindset transformation—helping managers shift from operational oversight to strategic leadership, customer-centric thinking, and people development.
The workshop covers key areas such as industry trends, strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, performance coaching, service delivery management, and customer-centric business growth. The AMDP combines conceptual learning with real-life case studies to ensure practical understanding and relevance. Sessions will feature a dynamic blend of group activities, individual exercises, role plays, group discussions, case studies, and presentations to deepen engagement and reinforce key concepts. A structured quiz and assessment at the end will be conducted to evaluate comprehension.
